Technology only creates value when your people can use it.
Training for executives, departments, and individual roles on the artificial intelligence and Super Intelligence (SI) systems that will carry part of their work. Included in every STRAVYNT engagement, and available on its own for teams that already have tools and need adoption.
Every program is built on your real workflows and the systems you actually run, not a generic prompting class.
Executive SI education
Owners, executives, boards
What artificial intelligence can and cannot do today, what it costs to run, how to govern it, and how to read the numbers a system reports back. Enough fluency to make the decisions, without the vendor pitch.
Format: Half-day session or two 90-minute working sessions
Department workshops
Operations, finance, sales, service, HR, legal
Hands-on sessions built on the department's real workflows and real data. Teams leave with the first three tasks they will hand to a system and the approval rules around each.
Format: Half-day per department, on site or remote
Role-specific training
Individual contributors and managers
Each role learns the drafts, lookups, routing, and approvals that belong to it, mapped from our role analysis. Includes what stays human and why.
Format: 60 to 90 minutes per role group, recorded
Workflow playbooks and runbooks
Whoever operates the system
Written documentation for every workflow we ship: what it does, what it will not do, how to pause it, how to read its log, and who to call. Written for operators, not engineers.
Format: Delivered with every system
Governance and safe-use policy
Leadership, IT, compliance
A short, enforceable policy covering data handling, approved tools, approval gates, reversibility, and what employees may and may not paste into a model. Agreed before rollout.
Format: Workshop plus a policy you can adopt as written
Hands-on adoption support
Teams going live
We sit with the team during the first weeks a system is live, watch where it causes friction, and fix the workflow or the training, whichever is wrong.
Format: Weekly office hours for the first 30 days
Ongoing enablement
Everyone, as the tools change
Refreshers when models, tools, or workflows change, and onboarding for new hires so the capability does not leave when a person does.
Format: Quarterly, or as part of a retainer
What a trained team looks like
We measure training by what the team can do afterward, not by attendance. These are the checks we run before we call a rollout done.
A note on terms
Super Intelligence (SI) is STRAVYNT's term for connecting artificial intelligence (AI), software, data, automation, and human judgment into one accountable business system. In training we use both words, because your team will meet both in the tools they use.
1
Leaders can explain what each system does, what it costs, and what it is not allowed to do.
2
Each department has named owners, approval rules, and a runbook for the systems it uses.
3
Employees know which tasks to hand off, which to keep, and how to check the work that comes back.
4
A written safe-use policy is in place and people have actually read it.
5
New hires are onboarded to the systems, not just the org chart.
Start with the team that is closest to the work.
In one conversation we will identify which department benefits first, what they need to learn, and whether training alone or training with a build is the right next step.
