30-day implementation sprint

SI Operations Sprint

Most companies don’t need an SI transformation. They need one painful workflow fixed.

One process that’s slow. One bottleneck costing money. One manual task eating hours every week. We identify, redesign, and automate that workflow in 30 days. No endless strategy decks. No vague experimentation. Just measurable operational improvement.

From chaos to results

Less busywork. More impact.

The goal isn’t to β€œdo SI.” The goal is to save time, reduce costs, eliminate bottlenecks, and improve results. Sometimes one workflow is all it takes.

  • Manual, slow, error-prone handoffs
  • Disconnected tools and duplicate data entry
  • No owner for the fix, until now

Common starting points

  • Customer service
  • Lead management
  • Sales follow-up
  • Reporting
  • Scheduling
  • Data entry
  • Internal operations

And more, we scope to your stack.

Three ways to engage

Audit. Sprint. Run.

Pick the step that matches where you are. Most teams either start with the Workflow Audit or go straight into the 30-day sprint if the workflow is already obvious.

Start here

Workflow Audit

$1,500–$2,500

one-time

Single-workflow diagnostic β€” not the company-wide Opportunity Audit. We map one process, quantify the bottleneck, and say go / no-go on the sprint.

  • Map the painful process end-to-end
  • Quantify time and cost of the bottleneck
  • Prioritized automation options with ROI ranges
  • Go / no-go recommendation for the 30-day sprint
or scope it on a call first
Most popular

30-day sprint

$5,000–$7,500

fixed engagement

We build and implement your custom solution for one workflow in 30 days.

  • Single workflow in scope, defined success metrics up front
  • Redesign + automation on your existing tools where possible
  • Live in production before day 30, with handoff documentation
  • Weekly check-ins; no open-ended discovery phase
or scope it on a call first

Ongoing support

$1,500–$3,500

/ month

Optimization, support, and iteration to keep improving results after launch.

  • Monitor workflow health and exception rates
  • Tune prompts, rules, and integrations as volume grows
  • Add adjacent micro-automations inside the same process
  • Monthly review with clear hours-back and error-rate metrics

How the 30 days work

Week 1

Diagnose & design

  • Lock the one workflow and measurable success criteria
  • Document current steps, tools, and failure modes
  • Design the automated path and human checkpoints
Weeks 2–3

Build & integrate

  • Wire automations to the systems you already use
  • Test with real data in a controlled rollout
  • Train the people who touch the process daily
Week 4

Launch & measure

  • Production cutover with rollback plan
  • Baseline vs. post-launch hours and error rates
  • Handoff runbook and optional ongoing support path

FAQ

How is this different from the SI Office of the CEO?

The sprint is one workflow in 30 days at a fixed SMB price point. The SI Office of the CEO is a 90-day, multi-workflow engagement with embedded leadership and platform deployment. Many customers start with a sprint, then expand.

Do we need the Workflow Audit first?

Not always. If you already know the workflow and can describe it in five minutes, we can scope the sprint on a single call. The Workflow Audit is the single-process diagnostic ($1,500–$2,500). The company-wide SI Opportunity Audit ($7,500–$15,000) is a different engagement.

What does success look like?

We agree on metrics before build starts: hours saved per week, cycle time reduction, error rate, or throughput. If we miss agreed criteria, we extend at our cost until we do.

What if we need more than one workflow?

Finish the sprint first. Prove ROI on one process, then add workflows in follow-on sprints or graduate to a department pilot or the 90-day CEO program.

Ready to fix the workflow that hurts most?

Tell us what’s slow. We’ll respond with whether an audit or a sprint is the right next step.
